Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled more than 72 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no extra cost. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, the retainer fee may be forfeited.

3. Studio Rules & Safety

Children must be supervised at all times. For newborn sessions, only immediate family are permitted in the studio unless arranged in advance.

4. Artistic Rights

Pin and Pose retains creative control over the final look and style of all images. Advanced editing may incur additional charges.

5. Image Delivery

Proof galleries are delivered within 14–28 business days after the session.

6. Copyright & Usage

All images are copyrighted by Pin and Pose Photography. Clients receive personal use rights only. Commercial or third-party use is prohibited without written consent.

7. Model Release

By booking a session, you grant Pin and Pose the right to use selected images for their portfolio and marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Digital Files & Archiving

Final edited files are stored for 3 months from the date of delivery. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their images promptly.

9. Late Arrivals

Sessions begin promptly at the agreed time. Late arrival may reduce the total shooting time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

10. Liability

Pin and Pose is fully insured. In the unlikely event of failure, injury, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding the session fee.
